      I would never recommend any of my colleagues to work at this company. This is an extremely “cliquey” staff that tells their account management team to treat other departments as if they work for them. Leadership will throw you under the bus and not help any junior staff member to succeed. I was going through a very difficult family situation when I was told I was horrible at my job and should not be in the industry although my manager was not around for help while in the middle of a launch however I’ve flourished at other companies since.

      Pros

      The office is nice and they do the typical things to make you forget that they’d like you to live at the office - happy hours on the terrace, stock the fridges with snacks.

      Cons

      So this company is just terrible. The work life balance is awful, although they claim it’s great to get you in the door. Then they tell you they “need someone with no personal commitments outside of work” I got sick and then these people laid me off and then on top of that contested my unemployment claim. These people have no sense of anything. Do not work here unless you’re willing to be a slave to a company, work 60-70+ hours and have nothing going on in your life.

      Interesting space, company preformed well

      Cons

      upper management wasn't trained at all, working hours were unpredictable, expected to work 40hr+ a week consistently, work is really siloed - you don't know your peers and everyone finger points at other departments
