Pros

Remote work and rewards program perk. There are more cons then pros but I had to include at least 5 words.

Cons

The downsides of working at Precision would be upper management, they do not care about what goes on and how teams are ran. They also do not care about titles as every single person does the same thing, there isn't a such thing as hierarchy. Lots of hours and no breaks. I had to make a decision between two offers and I have to say I sure chose the wrong one. They are not good to their employees at all.

Flexible hours, a lot of PTO

Cons

Expected to be on call 24/7 and work while on PTO and weekends for non urgent or non client facing roles. Constant reorg and restructuring disrupts regular routines, tight deadlines, no standard processes - every person for themselves! Pay is under market value and bonuses reduced Communication is horrendous

Pros

Coworkers are genuinely nice, and you're able to learn a lot from some very smart people. Learning and Development opportunities are good, but there's no time to participate because of heavy workload.

Cons

As with many agencies, there are long hours. However, PV doesn't compensate for overtime or provide comp time. It's just not right. There's no work/life balance and a high employee turnover rate and high rate of burnout. Poor communication between some departments and from managers.
