      Pros

      Remote-work during regular business hours (9-5). Manageable workload most days and rarely working off hours. Collaborative leadership team and colleagues.

      Cons

      Organizational changes across the company. Lots of meetings most weeks which can disrupt more meaningful work.

      Growing Pains With Smart People

      Pros

      Honest Review: Precision Effect is part of a larger company. The transition into working with PVH has been slow and truly having growing pains. The company has some brilliant people working here; however, the higher performers get most of the work, then burnt out from not having proper resources. This place is a solid 3 stars - which is better than I can say about other companies. Benefits are decent; however they do not give off important, POC Holidays like Juneteenth & Indigenous People's Day. They tell you to "use your 2 floating holidays/year".

      Cons

      Management is still involved in a lot of the day. The accounting system & process' needs a lot of help, and account teams need/want ongoing education/proper training. They are an "always on" type of company. I always felt as if I needed to check my emails and chats during PTO/appointments. Work/life balance is poor.
