Pros

Pro-family ad agency that is adjusting to remote work as quickly as they can. When I need to pick up my kid, I can and I do. They trust me to get my work done. No one is breathing down my neck. There are some really really smart people here. And it's a place where everyone can add their opinion. There's only pockets of ego (which for an ad agency surprises me). It's an ad agency, so there are fire drills. But if you have something you need to go, your team will have your back. Again, some of this is the industry.

Cons

Lots of different communication tools - Teams, Zoom, text, email, etc. Hard to keep track sometimes. Occasional coasters who other team members have to pick up the slack for.
