Pros

Positive work environment. Leadership truly believes in work life balance. Work load is appropriate and there is constant support from all departments when needed. 9AM-5PM typical work day. The company makes you feel needed but not required.

Pros

Work from home is nice. They have a set up where you can pick a desk if you feel like going into the office if you like, but there’s no pressure to. You get cute little perk gifts about once a quarter.

Cons

Not sure why I’m reading reviews about how supportive they are, as I felt very unsupported. Perhaps I had the wrong management team. Notice that they’re constantly hiring, even when work is slow. Pay attention to that.
