When compared to other agencies there are no "pros" to working at PrecisionValue.
Cons
There is zero work life balance, imagine being in launch mode every week for 6 months because that is life at PrecisionValue. There has not been a single week where I was not working 60 hours week and doing so with no appreciation, and no additional compensation of any sort. They mention bonuses, but these are a few hundred dollars, and never justify the long hours Precision takes from your personal time. There is no appreciation for staff at all from anyone in the company. Precision is so cheap they will not spend even half-a-day to show employees appreciation through hosting an event or happy hour. Instead you are a work mule that they make very clear does not matter to them. Working at Precision is like working in the engine room on the Titanic, you will break your body burning out, destroy your personal life, but management will not even utter a thank you. No career progression, no coaching, no mentorship, no interest in your career. Bonus is pathetic and compensation time for overwork is non-existent
