      Excellent work life balance Young team - lots of young analysts; great for job after college Mix of finance and communications Loyal manager base - many with lots of years at the company who are committed to growth Great training program for new analysts to get them up to speed Career growth opportunities

      Cons

      Building out corporate infrastructure as they expand Higher organization at Precision Medicine stepping in and building out a more typical corporate hierarchy - doesn't feel like an independent company anymore Not a ton of room for negotiation on salary

      teams managed very differently, heavy client load/workload, I often worked 60+ hour weeks, high turnover, lack of work/life balance

      lots of passionate and smart people work here exposure to the full spectrum of healthcare marketing and opportunities to get into any element of it

      a LOT of changes recently across the larger organization with mergers, combined teams, etc. that has been difficult to negotiate
