      Great people, they genuinely seem to care about and invest in growth, strong creative leadership, flexible work model, really good HR and internal processes

      Cons

      Seem to favor their "star" accounts at the expense of others, there are some opaque roles and departments where it was hard to understand what they do

      Reasonable salary and benefits. A few helpful, friendly and interesting colleagues. Good general company on-boarding.

      Cons

      No onboarding to the specific role. Managers lacked ability to effectively run their groups. Unhelpful and obstructive colleagues. More time spent working on processes and figuring out how to bill one's time than on projects. Not enough time allocated for content development aspect of projects. Lack of respect for colleague's expertise and experience. Poor work-life balance overall.
