      Pros

      A spirit of collaboration infuses the entire team and management. Employees are encouraged to be entrepreneurs, and are rewarded for it. Work/life balance is respected and encouraged.

      Cons

      Pharma/managed markets is a tough environment to be truly creative, and compliance really handcuffs things.

      Pros

      Strong people with passion. Our lady leadership in particular is Bold, Ambitious, Daring, Awesome, Smart, and Sophisticated. At precisioneffect, people are friendly in addition to driven and competitive. If you can’t handle the heat, get out of the kitchen. Good things are here, and great is on the horizon.

      Cons

      If you’re dead weight, you won’t make the cut. If you’re new, you have to ask questions and invest in the people around you to learn and grow. The opportunity is there; it's your responsibility to get yourself a seat at the table.
