      Culture is less formal than typical consultancies and people are great. Interesting projects and clients.

      Cons

      Kind of disorganized from a leadership perspective. Workload, employee expectations, performance review process, etc. seem to fluctuate a lot

      Pros

      I really enjoy the people and the work, Access Genius is a great tool and the company has a ton of potential...but they don't allocate resources to insure quality and retention / not burnout their best employees

      Cons

      Overworked, over capacity, too many clients with not enough headcount, tons of outsourcing to India, processes are shaky but management is trying, growing pains
