Good benefits, diverse types of work

Cons

I skip lunch because I don’t have time to eat. People on my work group are frequently active on teams till 9, 10, 11pm. Weekend, internal meetings for trivial tasks are a strong possibility. Considering the actual hours worked, the pay is low.

- Unique industry for a marketing agency (pharma) - Always something to do/learn - Periodic catered lunches - Bevi water machine (when in office)

Cons

- Low pay when compared with industry standard - Promotions went to those favored by management - Production team received no credit when things went right, all the blame when things went wrong - Expectation of "just do it" despite myriad issues coming up
