      - Company culture is amazing. People are so kind, welcoming and pleasant to work with - They have amazing training opportunities - Great opportunities for growth and longevity within the company - Great benefits, taking your PTO is heavily encouraged - Accountability to and expectation for people to treat each other with respect and consideration

      Cons

      - It's very common to need to work overtime, especially when handling new business opportunities or client work - I've been here for less than a year, and can see (in my role specifically) it's common for some people to need to wear multiple hats (i.e. do the jobs of others somewhat regularly in order to keep projects moving)
