Pros

Brilliant people all around. People believe in what they're doing and are purpose driven. Inclusive environment. People are all shapes/sizes/colors welcome and celebrated. Try really hard to keep people engaged in culture activities, but it's okay not to participate. Love of dogs is STRONG.

Cons

Hard to see how much work is coming down the pike until we are right on top of it. PM software is fair but only as good as the info put into it. Putting pen to paper tends to work better.
