This is the second MedComms agency I have worked for, and PrecisionScientia has been a great place to work. There is a lot of learning opportunities provided by the experienced staff and client portfolio. Coworkers and managers want to see you succeed and take your wellbeing into account. The company advocates for its employees during incidences of difficult situations related to client accounts.

Cons

Long hours during busy periods, but this is to be expected in this line of work.
