      Pros

      Coworkers are experts in there field, Leadership is quite accessible, decent opportunity for growth. The staff is really well connected in the Pharmaceutical world so there is a lot of opportunity to gain connections and experience in the industry. Additionally, there is a lot of high profile clientele and work which will really bolster your resume.

      Cons

      Being a smaller firm their training is limited and quite random, your working conditions and guidance very greatly depending on you manager and project. Managers will either micromanage your work, or make it clear that they are more focused on the project than clearly building skills in their direct reports. The company is best described as a collection of smaller businesses combined by a PE firm and working to become a cohesive organization.
