      Good interview process, HR a little slow but overall one of the best in the consulting game.

      Cons

      No cons, probably work life balance but it’s consulting. Pay is a little lower than competitors in this role.

      room for growth immersive on-the-job training young company; expanding accounts everyone is incredibly nice and friendly! good team culture

      Company as a whole does not appreciate hours occasionally get crazy (Q4) last minute urgent client requests salary less than desirable/deserved

      Great company to work for - just need some processes straightened out. Good flexibility for work/life balance.

      Cons

      The whole industry is understaffed but that being said, resourcing can be more efficient. Onboarding process is excellent but can be quicker.
