Pros
Have seen many phases in our ad world, in and outside our pharma industry. Been part of many large, small, mid agencies through the changes, evolutions, and tech innovations. Finally found a place to call home where we are truly rewarded for our unique abilities. We are seen. We are heard. What we do in the day to day, matters. What is pitched is practiced and delivered. Folks here just want to do great work and leave a positive impact no matter the person, place or thing that has come our way.
Cons
Not necessarily a "con". But a hope with life's constant change. It's a positive anomaly to see we have tons of boomerangs i.e. folks who left and came back. We have many tenured folks, too. We have tons of internal and external referrals who have benefited from the work, culture, and partnership. Despite this - we aren't shielded from today's season of the "Great Resignation" and organic curiosity by some to change jobs and scenery. Hoping the external environment of activity calms again, and new and existing folks here continue to be excited for the evolution of our growth together, despite constant change.
