      The office is nice and they do the typical things to make you forget that they’d like you to live at the office - happy hours on the terrace, stock the fridges with snacks.

      Cons

      So this company is just terrible. The work life balance is awful, although they claim it’s great to get you in the door. Then they tell you they “need someone with no personal commitments outside of work” I got sick and then these people laid me off and then on top of that contested my unemployment claim. These people have no sense of anything. Do not work here unless you’re willing to be a slave to a company, work 60-70+ hours and have nothing going on in your life.

      Pros

      Precision gets it. As an industry veteran having worked at multiple agencies, they have done by far the best job of creating a great culture and work environment of collaboration and respect. They’re also the only agency I’ve worked at that has consistently met and paid out at least 100% of my bonus target. Good employee development. I feel there’s a genuine interest in helping me grow.

      Cons

      There was a time when part of the staff was toxic and they poison others. This has dramatically changed over my tenure so less of a con and more of an improvement! Processes and how things run overall are good, but because the company is growing, this needs to keep getting better.
