Cons
While the culture is very results oriented there are times where that focus clouds the fundamentals. Your people are your most valuable asset. Treat them like they are. The hourly work force at many of the locations especially ones that were privately held prior to acquisition experience a great deal of culture shock once PCC has fully integrated into the business.
