Great support and mentoring from senior management Will continue to grow If you are up for a challenge and willing to work hard there is good growth potential. Good bonus scheme. Good compensation Would highly recommend to any motivated people just entering the Aerospace Industry.

Cons

Still a few of site general managers underqualified, working on the "its who you know" not "what you offer". They are being weeded out.

Awesome employees. Everyone Is helpful and take pride in what they do.

Cons

You are at work all the time. You have to accrue vacation at small rate which adds up to about 1 day every 2 months and even then you have to use vacation on Saturday and Sunday to be off. They under pay you as Machinist. They don't appreciate their employees at all. They only take from employees never give.
