I love how I was able to advance to management in just over a year and there is still room to grow

Cons

It can be a very hot and dusty facitly in the summer. This job is not for everyone. Some departments have pretty high turnovers.

Good pay plenty of overtime it is very unsafe place to work they preach safety all day long But don't follow their own advice

Cons

Management is terrible. Everything is considered to be the employees fault. When really they couldn't manage a diaper changing business.

Challenging work, supportive management, generous compensation. I've worked here for more than six years and I plan to stay many more.

Cons

It can be easy to let your work take over the rest of your life, but I think that's true anywhere when you are engaged in and committed to your career and your work.
