Good quarterly bonus and friendly, high level co-workers. I like being able to plan what I work on most typical days.

Cons

Long hours, all hours of the day. Some departments are uncooperative and have a silo mentality. Also some departments will fire a person before they will actually address a root cause to a problem.

Great employee stock purchase option. Quarterly bonuses. Great career growth opportunities. Holds MECOP positions so you get a good mix of senior employees to interns.

Cons

Twenty four hour operation so phone calls can come any time. Never received a phone call in the middle of the night though. High pressure to meet tight deadlines.
