      Great company to get a foot in the door.

      Pros

      I enjoyed 99% of the people I worked with on a daily basis. The work was interesting, but became repetitive after a while. Communication in my actual department was better than average.

      Cons

      Pay grade for a salary position in my field was lower than the national average. The pay increases over time are very minimal, and it's sad to see the people who have worked there for 20+ years settling for so little. Company wide communication was very poor.

      Precision offers high pay with strong opportunity for growth. If you are driven and are knowledgeable then you will excel here.

      Cons

      Communication can be difficult at times. The company seems to focus a lot more on reducing costs than updating their technology and processes

      Pros

      Good compensation, as well as benefits and bonus package. They the leader in a unique and interesting industry. Also very large, with many opportunities to move around the nation or world.

      Cons

      Corporate culture is rather tough. They expect you to work very hard, and make many sacrifices to work for them. The work environment is different, because most offices are in large factories. Also, very old and rudimentary technology, software, and communication tools.
