      Pros

      nice and very interesting industry.

      Cons

      Terrible management, lack of direction and support, no investment in the staff. It's swim or drown. No interest in the customer, as the management phrase it the customer needs wg more than wg needs customer...............................

      Pros

      - Good benefits incl RRSP match. - If you tow the company line 24/7 you will move up, but you must be willing to stab on the way up. - As long as you make the numbers for the week and month, no problems. - If you are one of chosen ones, there is lots of training given.

      Cons

      - Very stressful - situation and plans always fluid. A few of management team (4) quit in 2016. - This is an American owned company, only workoholics will survive. - They will force the answer they want out of you, it's your problem to figure out how to meet that target. - You must quit before finance decides you're more valuable off the payroll.

      Hourly employees are taken advantage of, with frequent schedule changes, unacceptable amounts of mandatory overtime, and poor communication from management.
