money. They entice you with a high salary and that is it.

Cons

from the HR team to the actual "leadership" this is a group of people who are only out for themselves. HR engages in rumors and gossip in order to stress the team out and intimidate. Not one person in HR can ever say they helped a person. The "leadership" team consists of one person who runs it and the rest are all trying to get to the top. The ones trying to get to the top sell out those under them, blame them for everything, and ruin lives in order to get a title. Dont you dare complain about anything, either. They will use every tactic they have to threaten your livelihood in order to keep their antics quiet. STAY AWAY!!!

tons of new equipment anchor processes to learn and become acquainted with.

Horrible HR. Predatory HR and management. They lure you in with decent starting pay, then give you 2% or 3% until you quit. Maybe 2 or 3 years in theyll give you a perdition but probably not. they docked a full week of vacation pay when I left. made me sign a paper that said I had way less then I actually had. No training, lots of expectations. overall a terribly managed company. HR are total snakes, they ease drop on conversations and make believe they are your friends. They don't tell you about internal hiring programs so they don't have to pay you more. NO 401K FOR 5 YEARS. They don't trust their employees and use this as a bargaining chip
