      Pros

      You get to go home and sleep on Saturday after 60 hours of solving their problems and actually caring to make a better work environment. Don't work here!

      Cons

      They are in the money making business. Fat pigs basically. They abuse their employees in more ways than one which is why they have a high turnover rate. They don't mentor employees who show signs of leadership. None of the employees I worked with were ever happy. They were depressed. Beaten down and made into slaves. Good management promotes from within to make a strong team that runs itself. Read below please...

      Pros

      They promote from within so if you can get your foot in the door and work hard, you can go very far. Awesome people, great pay, and overall very rewarding. The company is investing a ton of money in the Ogden location which is great for everyone.
