      -Good, knowlegeble poeple in the shop -Ok benefits -Any job after this wil be easy

      Cons

      This company will turn a great worker into an average one. Very fast paced type of environement. They try to do as much as they possibly can with the least amount of resources. PCC is general is very short sighted any way you look at it. Employee turnover rate is crazy high on all levels of employment all across the country!

      The salary was decent and the bonuses (when one rarely received them) were generous.

      Cons

      Extreme work hours (80-100 hours per week). Employees viewed as "expenses" not assets. Horrible safety culture. HR does not back their front-line supervisors. Hostile union working environment.

      Used to be a good job - until Pcc bought them. Then it has worked its way to rock bottom down hill!

      Pros

      This is a job you will make money at. Their is no shortage of overtime. This is a union job.

      Cons

      There is no work-life balance. It is work-work-work. Overtime becomes mandatory 10-12 hrs/day, 6 days/week with little to no advance notice and that is even when there is no work!!! Schedule can change daily-including your shifts. Try making Appts. and whatnot under those constantly changing conditions. Management does not care about you at the least. All they care about is lining their pockets and making your life a miserable living hell!!!!!OH yeah, the Union, when you need /want them - they are never there for you. The company owns them also. What a joke!!!!! Say goodbye to your life as you know it - because it no longer exists!!! We have gone from the best job I ever had, to the worst job you can imagine. If you have a family, forget about them - because you will not see them again, but if you do you will be too tired and beat up to enjoy anything.
