Do a great job of making you feel at home with the company. Great relationships that make you feel like you can talk to anyone at any time. It always seems like someone cares about you. Want you to have an impact on the business but really care about your growth as an individual.

Cons

Work life balance can be rough at times, but that is often the environment in manufacturing so it is something you can expect when you sign on. Relocation compensation could be a little better due to higher prices of living in certain areas.
