      Pros

      For the most part, 9-5 job, once in a while you have to come in at odd times, but you can take that out of other days. I've heard different stories from other engineers at my plant, and at other plants. They give plenty of opportunity for you to advance your skill set, and the path to having a career here is great.

      Cons

      To really advance it will take a lot of work, but given how fast you can advance, it makes sense.
