      Consistent hours and pay. Benefits are decent for the type of work. Relatively easy work.

      Cons

      Terrible work/life balance. Anti-union corporate policies. Rampant Nepotism/favoritism. Inconsistent use of disciplinary measures. Management farm/high turn-over.

      Pros

      I work in the PCC Metals Division. Over the last 6 months I've noticed positive changes from the top down to the employees. We've recently had more communication meetings and more videos/ emails with messages from the President. Before there wasn't much communication.

      Cons

      Although the changes have been good, it just still feels like the pace at which the change is happening is too slow. I find that this slowness creeps into other areas such as decision making.
