      Plenty of overtime if wanted, guaranteed 40 hours, possibility to move up in company

      Cons

      Cares more about turning a profit, high turn over rate, will fire if you have a leave scheduled or are using fmla to often. Will find any reason to get rid of you. Only allowed 40 hours of sick time use each year

      Pros

      Pay is slightly over the norm for the area. If you are a compulsive workaholic who does not hates a heathy work life balance, this is the job for you.

      Cons

      You are expected to work 70-80 hours per week, under incredible pressure, and vacation time for managers is typically approved 48 hours prior. No matter how far back you request the time off. They will also change your shift with less than 24 hours notice.
