      Fast paced environment Variety of products/problems to solve Management is engaged in every part of the business Engagement/connections span multiple plants (good support system) Multiple opportunities to switch job functions within the plant Solid, hard-working get-it-done culture Good bonus structure

      Cons

      Lean, lean, lean (work with what you have is the moto). You can't draw blood out of a stone, but PCC would if they could. Metric driven company, but metrics are always "stretch" goals Typical "hockey-stick" at end of quarter is stressful No clearly defined career progression for professionals (unless you're ok with going to Ops from Engineering)

      Pros

      great people, great training and fast pay raise. everybody i work with are very nice and willing to help. nice team leader also.

      Cons

      6 months change shift. day shift is hard to get into unless your still in training. but after training is done your will be on swing shift. i will stuck on day shift in the weekends 3/12s than moved to 4/10s swing shift weekend.
