      Pros

      The intensity of the management from the top down is one of a kind. They can teach a lot in a short time, especially production and financial metrics.

      Cons

      The culture is one built on fear and shame. It is intolerable of mistakes and will force you to act in ways that are counterintuitive and then blame you for not standing up to them with more backbone when the decisions yield undesirable results.
