A employee that works half as much and half as hard as you do gets paid the same with hourly wage and all max out the same. Salary are tossed around like stepchildren

Cons

- Bad work life balance (keep in mind - it's usually bad in this industry, but this place seems worse than normal) - They don't hire people, so work ends up not evenly distributed, employees get burnt out quickly and leave, making the problem worse
