Pros

PCC is full of knowledgeable, supportive colleagues. There is rarely a dull moment. You'll be working with driven, hard-working professionals. The compensation is reasonable.

Cons

Work-life balance is not ideal. It's hard to break away from the culture because everyone is very dedicated. However, co-workers try hard to fit cross-training into busy schedules to accommodate and support longer vacations.
