Pay? I had 2 days off every other week. If intimidation and tantrums sound like a business plan over training and goal setting…have I got a place for you!

Cons

Manage by intimidation and tantrums, Why train when you can develop a culture where information and data must be fought for or weaponized. People worked harder at covering their tracks or blame-shifting than solving corporate issues. Stepped over dollars to pick up pennies.

Cons

It is a circus show! It is a manager training facility, don't get use to one on the floor. Managers just repeat the same things they hear from higher paid manager. Managers play favorites over seniority.
