      Pros

      Precision Plumbing & Heating Systems in Traverse City is a great place to work. Plan to stay for the rest of your career. The team gets along well. No tempers, no attitudes. Employees are respected. It's the best place I have ever worked.

      Pros

      Owners are the most thoughtful , caring people i have ever worked for. Also do so much for the community such as donations for the needy and involvement in the community.

      Cons

      I cannot say one negative thing about Precision Plumbing & Heating , including sales department , office and all the dedicated personnel working in the field.

      Pros

      Pick between commission and hourly, Work truck with tools, responsive supervisors, backup if needed, fair pay if you live locally.

      Cons

      Drive time adds up quickly, where you may need to drive an hour each way; commission is fairly difficult to easily make. boss doesn't have many emotions
