      Bad programmers make better machinists.

      Wannabe engineer was so bad at writing programs that I was forced to adapt, granting me a better understanding of code.

      Cons

      Lowest moral ever. Zero teamwork. Poor management. Poor communication between management and operators. Unreliable programming.
