Pros
The firm does a lot with non-traditional designs like bamboo and hay bail. It keeps things interesting and you don't get in a rut design wise.
Cons
Office and staff alike are constantly disorganized. The owner seems to care for little except the money. Projects are often procrastinated which creates stress and deadlines for the employees.
