Lot's of turnover, if you don't fall "in-line" you're out. Leadership is manipulative and try to trip you up so they can reprimand/ discipline you publicly. Very toxic work environment.
This company is just a stepping stone for a much better career path.

Technicians know more than the "managers." The owner is not present and doesn't know what's going on. CEO is a foreigner that is cruel to the employees and has know knowledge of the business. As a result there is major turnaround with the employees and the employees that are there are not happy. Horrible place to work.
