Toxic culture and complete lack of strategic focus from leadership

Pros

Free lunch, but that doesn't make up for bad culture

Cons

CEO and other senior leaders have no clue how to run an effective business. They lack strategic focus and discipline, shifting from one short term idea to the next. The CEO talks a big game with regards to the company's vision, but absolutely cannot execute on the most basic of requirements. The culture amongst senior leaders seems to be to blame others before blame is placed on themselves.

Great team of people to work with excluding the Management

Highly unstable place run by a schizophrenic clown. YES!!!! it was a Bad Management!!!! Your job scope will change quickly. What you were hired to do and what you actually do will be miles apart. Your benefits and salary will get slashed. You might get hired and then your title will get downgraded due to 'unexpected slowdown,' or 'your skills better match that lower role.' The benefits will disappear suddenly (oh, by the way, starting tomorrow, we are no longer subsidizing your gym). This is a classic bait and switch type of a place run by incompetent people. I got fooled, please take my advice and go somewhere else. This is a miserable, awful place. BTW, they got Lawsuit and the staff got compensation for bad treatment and laying off with no further notice.

Inept leadership. Does not communicate clearly and changes strategy weekly without looping in all appropriate employees.
