Pros

As an intern I had a great introduction to office work. PCI is a relatively large company, but I liked that I got to know a lot of people really well. I think this is an advantage PCI has over a lot of larger internship programs in the cities, Other Pros: -Got to work throughout the school year (helps build a stronger resume) -GREAT management and mentorship (couldn't speak highly enough about the people I worked with) -Interns have been around a while, so they know what they are doing -PTO

Cons

-There was not a lot of resources dedicated to training interns in my department -The summer project was not as well planned/structured as it could have been -Did not receive much feedback from the reports I built for actual business operation. Would have been helpful.

Pros

Hours are flexible, Many opportunities to move around the company in terms of promotions

Cons

It feels like staff is underpaid, When I was there it felt like management was only in it to make money for themselves (underpay employees, lack of ethics when it came to dealing with customers) - however as I understand there is new management and this may have changed.
