Excellent educational support, competitive compensation, realistic productivity expectations and awesome PTO package allowing work-life balance and appreciation of employees. I’ve worked for Preferred for 16 years for a reason - they want their employees to be happy and supported.

Cons

Expectation for high minutes with LTC residents due to reimbursement; however, ultimately the minutes are up to the clinician and this is respected
