      Location and free parking was convenient

      Incompetent managers, no clear procedures and always playing favorites, nepotism was obvious

      Pros

      Beautiful campus and great location. If you are coming from the outside, pay is competitive but if you are moving internally and you're moving to a higher position the pay increase is sub-par.

      Cons

      Company is going through some major changes which have not been handled well. The re-organization in Infrastructure did not have a transition plan which has left that area in dis-array.

      Pros

      People were wonderful and easy to work with. Great benefits and great balance

      Cons

      Used to be great until the new CEO. promises to make it better but only thing that got better was the buddy network. they seem to place people in position based on popularity verses skill or experience. When pointed out they target those people and get rid of them on junk. Also hear a lot of those with tenure are being let go. Seems very similar to the way another organization was ran before it was sold off by the CEO.
