Pros

Reverse commute makes for an easy drive. Nice landscape. Grass, pond, ducks. If you have a good boss there can be flexability.

Cons

Sr. Leadership does not walk the talk. Lack of trust. Leadership makes no effort to build relationships with lower level staff. No sense of belonging.

Pros

There are some very hard working and talented employees in this company. The company really wants to provide quality service for members.

Cons

Poor balance of life to job, working all the time is something to brag about. The senior and upper managment has no idea what people do below their direct reports.

There are good employees that come to Premera, that truly want to make a difference. The company is doing good things for helping its member's manage their health care.

Cons

The company is very political and does not promote associate engagement very well, we are told what to do and don't have the opportunity to discuss if it is the right thing or not.
