      Pros

      Good commute. It's a job. It's got healthcare benefits.

      Cons

      Politics politics politics. Unhealthy culture. Work you to death while telling you they care about your life - they don't really. Some can slack off. Those high achievers are not recognized. Slackers are not dealt with. Senior management too scared to do anything for their employees. Too concerned for their own job. Culture the last 5 years has been as unhealthy as it gets. Culture starts at the top. No longer are employees valued as people. They are just cattle.

      Pros

      Great benefits Pretty good work life balance, usually Excellent people trying their hardest to get things done The company overall seems to value their employees

      Cons

      Poor staffing model Production operations always works 50+ hours a week, but since they're salaried they don't get over time Senior management promotes technical people to management positions, very few really good people managers

      Pros

      good benefits, nice location, lots of initial training for customer service positions, a lot of community involvement, disaster information, the facility is kept clean.

      Cons

      Parking is horrible in MLT, lots of "high school" attitudes roaming the halls, very high stress positions, very stringent customer service requirements.
