Extremely good work-life balance, great colleagues, huge flexibility in terms of projects I got to work on and opportunity to work on new technology

Cons

Siloed work, completely remote, but had to come into the office for tech support issues.

Lack of innovation. Middle management is just horrible. Only worried about their numbers, they definitely don't think outside the box.
