Pros

Very few for myself and career

Cons

Missed 1 email out of 9000 and the entire company knew. Was expected to fix other's mistakes. Leadership was poor and the department I was hired into was dismantled within 6 months of my arrival. Engineers can do no wrong but it is a good place if you are an engineer.

Pros

Love the work I do and the people I work with. Culture is pretty good for a company that is rapidly growing. Also the benefits are fantastic.

Cons

I wish that there was more communication between departments and from management. Sometimes I feel like I don't know what's going on.

If you want to make a good bit of money quickly, they offer great/unlimited overtime. I highly recommend this company.

Cons

Be prepared for a company that is growing crazy fast. It is hard to keep up with sometimes.
