      Pros

      You have the ability to work multiple types of nursing within one facility. The administration keep things current with technology

      Cons

      When going for a managerial position they tend to squee the interview to get the person they want to climb the ladder. Administration is not always open and honest with current ideas.

      Excellent Trauma care and Neuro/Critical Care physicians and staff. Benefits offered

      Cons

      Benefits are not great, not able to choose own physician have to choose from their network physicians. Management does not push employee morale; employees get no incentives or bonuses. Management does not listen to concerns of employees or visitors.
