Pros

People on the team are great, and many of the staff that are supported are too. There are tons of resources available for both doing your job and for taking care of your health outside of work. Lots of available Time Off Paid to take as well as holidays.

Cons

Management is not the greatest, especially upper management. Most employees feel underpaid and overworks, no raises for most positions or bonuses. Do not respond often to requests for change.

Great teamwork. Truly miss working with the many wonderful people I met in every department from centran to housekeeping to lab. The employees really make this place. I wish upper management appreciated their hard work. Learned a lot in my time here. Very fast paced environment.

Cons

Executive leadership from directors on up Are massively out of touch. The monthly newsletter was basically them celebrating their latest accomplishments. The CEO won another award.
